オランダ出身のベティーサーヴァートは９０年代を象徴するオルタナロックバンド。

いつもボーカルのキャロルの歌を聞くたびに、プリテンダーズの

クリッシーハインドを思い出す。

このCDは彼らの１stからのシングルPalomineとカップリングソングとして

Silent Spring収録。

シングルはあまり買わないが、このジャケットがすごく好きで買ってしまった。

なんとなくトーキングヘッズの2ndっぽくて。

A dutch band Bettie Serveert creates symbolic alternative rock music 

which reminds most people 90's.

Every time I listen to their music, their singer, Carol, 

reminds me of Chrissey Hynde of The Pretenders.

This one is a single cut of Palomine from their debut album.

I don't usually buy singles but for this I bought since the jacket design

is real good in a way of coloring and layer which is similar to

Talking Heads' More Songs about Buildings and Food.
