BLUES BREAKERS JOHN MAYALL WITH ERIC CLAPTON

ヤードバーズを辞めた後のエリッククラプトンが参加のBlues Breakersのアルバム。

久しぶりにBluesを聞いた。

個人的にはgarage rockなどの方をたくさん聞いてきたのですごく新鮮。

これに歪みを加えて、演奏力を控えれば素晴らしい

garage rockのできあがり。

このアルバムは全曲がMonoとStereoバージョンに別れて収録されている。

特に好きなのは、Parchman FarmとIt Ain't Right。

面白いことに、Parchman Farmは断然Monoバージョンが良くて、

It Ain't RightはStereoバージョンが好み。

It Ain't Rightを聞いて、The Roostersの「恋をしようよ」を思い出す。

After The Yard Birds, Eric joined Blues Breakers.

I listened to Blues music for the first time in a while.

Personally, I've been listening to garage rock type of music rather than blues.

I really enjoy blues now through the filter of garage / pub rock.

Just add some fuzz, overdrive tone and less quality of players level of this 

would make a great garage rock album.

This album contains mono and stereo version of each song.

Interestingly, Parchman Farm is 100% better in mono 

and It Ain't Right is better in stereo.

While listening to It Ain't Right, The Rooster's (Japanese rock band)

"Koi wo Shiyouyo" comes into my head.

ステレオヴァージョンしか見つからなかった。。

I could only find Parchman Farm (stereo).

Seriously mono version of this is way better than this.
