ELVIS PERKINS IN DEARLAND

初めてElvis Perkins を聴いたのはDavid Lettermanのライブだったと思う。

そのライブのマイクの位置がすごく高くてかっこいいと思ったのを覚えている。

Elvisの曲（そう名前はあのプレスリーから取られたそうな）には郷愁が漂っている。

彼の母親は Berry Berenson という写真家、女優、モデルをしていた人。

彼女は不幸にも９．１１のあの飛行機に乗っていて帰らぬ人となってしまった。

First time I ever heard Elvis Perkins was a show at David Letterman.

His microphone was set really high and he was like screaming out to the sky.

Songs of Elvis ( yes, he was named after Elvis Presley) are floating 

in the deep ocean of nostalgia.

His mother is Berry Berenson who was a photographer, actress, model.

Sadly enough, she perished in the attack of 9.11.
