Holly & The Italians "The Right To Be Italian"

Holly & The Italiansが1981年に発表したこのアルバムは彼らの唯一のアルバム。

今でもこのアルバムを１９歳のときアリゾナで買ったことはよく覚えている。

レコード屋のレジで店員が「Holly & The Italians」と僕を見てボソッと言った。

その言葉には「なんでこんなアジア人がHollyを買ってんだ」というニュアンスが

含まれているように感じた。

まぁとにかく、このアルバムは一曲目の「I wanna go home」だけしか目玉はない。

後の曲は聞かなくてもいいでしょう。

This is the only studio album by Holly & The Italians which was released in 1981.

I still remember I bought this cd in Arizona when I was 19.

At the record store, the shop stuff said "Holly & The Italians!" looking at me.

His word just sounded like " who the heck is this asian boy buying Holy?"

Anyways, I only like the very first track, I wanna go home.
